The property is also close to Spaarnwoude Station with a train connection to Amsterdam.

Layout: Entrance to the complex is on the side of the building. Through the hallway, you have access to the apartment on the ground floor. Upon entering, there is a hall with a storage closet and access to all rooms.

The bathroom has recently been retiled and is in excellent condition. It features a shower, toilet, and a sink with a washbasin.

There is a separate meter cupboard with individual connections for gas, water, and electricity. Internet also comes in here. The landlord has a contract with the energy supplier until the end of January and wishes to keep the utilities in their name until then, charging the costs on top of the rent.
